Athletic Fitness Academy

Athletic Fitness Academies is a program designed to help athletes improve in seven specific areas, the result being a much better-rounded physically and mentally prepared athlete. Our method creatively presents and structures training in ways that young athletes find enjoyable and entertaining. Training is implemented through fun drills and competitions that provide opportunities for self-testing and self-measurement of progression and success. Unique to our approach is that everyone can participate and challenge themselves in a non-stressful way. Athletes repeatedly practice to improve, measuring themselves against set standards and their own past performances. This is an approach commonly seen in sports such as skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, and trick cycling in which athletes strive to improve on their own standards of success. Through our approach, athletes benefit by enjoying experiential learning through progressive challenges that allows them to assess themselves through a process of self-awareness and correction within a fun yet competitive environment.
